考研时间将近，考研英语作文也到了名副其实的“押宝”环节，小作文的四大重点分别为：邀请信，感谢信，投诉信，求职信。下面针对投诉信，来指导考生如何攻克。
一、写作要点
投诉信是针对某件不快乐的事情向责任人提出的投诉、抱怨的信件，基本特征是反映问题，诉说原由，终极目的是解决问题。作者要首先肯定对方的做法或者描述情况，随后简述出现的问题。如果有必要继续说明具体问题，之后提出要求。具体作要点如下：
1.首段开门见山指明所投诉的具体时间
2.将问题清晰、简洁、公正地描述出来，指出事件给你带来的不便
3.感谢对方关注你的投诉，清楚地表明你想如何得到解决，并期待对方尽早解决问题。
二、闪光句型
I’m writing to you because I need to complain to you about.。。
这封信是想向你投诉.。。
I’m sorry to point out the defect in the.。。
对不起我得指出.。。的毛病
We wish to make the following complaints to you and hope you can do something about it。
我们想向你们投诉以下问题，希望你们能予以解决

三、模拟预测大练兵
