考研英语(一)写作真题解析系列——2010年应用文

　　2010年延续了之前的考查形式，仍然考两篇作文。但是就应用文而言，考查内容又与前几年有所不同。之前，考研英语一的应用文一直在考查书信的写作，但是在2010年，出现了创新，考查通知这一类应用文。而且就内容而言，结合之后英语二的应用文题目，考研英语多考查招募通知。与书信相比，无论是在格式上还是内容上，通知都有自己的特征，不能完全一概而论，因此本文就此年的这篇应用文写作进行详细解析。

　　You are supposed to write for the Postgraduates’ Association a notice to recruit volunteers for an international conference on globalization. The notice should include the basic qualifications for applicants and the other information you think is relative.
　　You should write about 100 words on ANSHWER SHEET 2.
　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Postgraduates’ Association” instead.

　　首先就审题而言，诸考生们需要掌握应用文题型的审题技巧，以更快、更有效地掌握关键信息，节约做题时间。
　　1. 常规性规定部分
　　You should write about 100 words on ANSHWER SHEET 2.
　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Postgraduates’ Association” instead.
　　Do not write the address. (10 points)
　　本部分规定的内容每年都差不多。对于此部分，考生们只需在审题时关注一个内容即可，即应用文的署名。本题中规定为“Postgraduates’ Association”，与往年题目中常用的“Li Ming”不同，因此考生需要对此多加注意。
　　2. 规定情景部分
　　You are supposed to write for the Postgraduates’ Association a notice to recruit volunteers for an international conference on globalization. The notice should include the basic qualifications for applicants and the other information you think is relative.
　　一般而言，对于应用文的规定情景部分，考生们需要从中抓取四个关键信息：应用文类型、书信类型(如果应用文类型为书信)、收信人(如果应用文类型为书信)、应用文内容。但是如果考查的应用文类型为通知，鉴于通知的写作格式及要求，则只需抓取第一点和第四点即可。
　　(1)应用文类型
　　就近十几年的应用文考查历史来看，应用文的考查类型基本分为两种：书信和通知。本题中，明确出现了notice这一个关键词，可确定本题要求书写的应用文类型为通知。
　　(2)应用文内容
　　本题中规定书信内容为：The notice should include the basic qualifications for applicants and the other information you think is relative，即招募要求、其它必要信息。
　　其次，在已知本题规定写作类型为通知后，根据之前文章中所解析的通知的写作方法中，本应用文内容可为：
　　通知目的，活动简介;
　　招募要求;
　　联系方式。
