2015年考研英语(二)真题深度解析——应用文写作

　　2015年写作题型依然延续了一贯的考查方式：应用文+图表作文，非常符合英语二专硕的考查要求。但是具体来说，今年英语二的写作在考查难度上偏难，原因大部分在于考查内容出乎很多老师的预料，也就说有些偏离一贯的考查重点，因此，在之前的复习过程中很多同学并没有将之作为重点内容来复习。那么接下来就看一下2015年英语(二)的小作文到底考了哪些内容?对此又应该如何应对呢?
　　首先，来看一下小作文部分：
　　47. Directions:
　　Suppose your university is going to host a summer camp for high school students. Write a notice to
　　1) briefly introduce the camp activities, and
　　2) call for volunteers.
　　You should write about 100words on the ANSERE SHEET.
　　Do not use your name or the name of your university.
　　Do not write your address. (10 points)
　　根据我们之前所讲的应用文审题技巧可以判断今年考查的作文类型是通知，原因就在于关键词notice。接下来再具体看一下题目。首先，第一句话Suppose your university is going to host a summer camp for high school students.就告诉了我们整篇文章的写作背景，即自己大学将要为高中生举办一个夏令营活动。其次，对于通知的内容题目也给出了详细的规定：1) briefly introduce the camp activities (简要介绍相关活动);2) call for volunteers(招募志愿者)。以上就是我们上课所讲的小作文题目的规定情景部分。之后就是常规规定内容了，但是今年需要注意的一个问题就是在署名部分，之前的5年中都给出了具体的署名内容，但是今年仅规定了不能用什么来署名，但是并没有具体规定要用什么，因此这就需要大家自由选择，可以继续用人名，也可以选用学生会等某个社团组织的名字。
　　对于通知，首先需要注意其格式，毕竟格式恰当是应用文的重要评分标准之一。以下就是通知的格式：

　　格式之后，接下来就是正文内容。对于通知的内容，之前讲过主要包括三部分：
　　第一段通知目的：既可开门见山、直入主题，也可采用套用句的方式。即So and so has the honor to announce that……
　　第二段主要内容：本题中题目已经给出具体规定，即“简要介绍相关活动”以及“招募志愿者”。
　　第三段联系方式：招募志愿者的话需要在最后给出申请方式，可用If you are interested, please do not hesitate to send your resume to the following email address:……
　　整体来说，今年英语二考的通知内容其实类似于2010年英语一所考的内容，都是为一场活动写封招募志愿者的通知，因此写作时可以借鉴当时英语一通知的写作内容及语言表达。因此，具体写作内容可以如下：

　　So and so has the honor to announce that our university is planning to hold a summer camp for the students from high school from July 4 to 11 at Campus A.
　　During the camp, we are going to arrange the students to visit our campus and then have classes to let them experience the real university life. Therefore, to organize these activities successfully, we are badly in need of the volunteers. They are expected to be open-minded and have the experience of being a part-time volunteer in similar activities.
　　If you are interested, please do not hesitate to send your resume to the following email address: studentsunion@163.com.
　　Students’ Union
　　第一段写明目的，通知大家将要举办夏令营活动，并对其进行时间地点的简介。第二段先简介夏令营相关活动，再招募志愿者，但是需要注意的是并不是人人都可担任志愿者、需具备一定的条件，因此写作时需要列出对志愿者的条件要求。第三段即提供申请方式，鼓励大家进行申请。
