I can find no better suggestions other than the following ones. To begin with, you should read more English books and novels to enlarge your vocabularies. Besides, listening skill is an indispensible part in the translation, so that you should spare no efforts in listening, such as VOA, BBC. Moreover, if you have enough free time, go to English Corner talking to some foreigners to practice your oral English. Remember that English translation is a comprehensive craft.
