        　　The Aswan Dam, for example, stopped the Nile flooding but deprived Egypt of
the fertile silt that floods left——all in return for a giant reservoir of
disease which is now so full of silt that it barely generates electricity.
              2【结构分析】
        　　本句长度一般，但是结构混乱。for example插入语，The Aswan Dam主语，谓语是but引导的并列结构stopped…. but
deprived…。that floods left是定语从句修饰silt。破折号后面是解释说明，which引导定语从句修饰a giant reservoir
of disease，而其中so…that…构成固定结构。
