　　发现大片段非活性染色质组蛋白修饰(LOCK)及其生物学意义;发现核基质相关蛋白对三维基因组的全局性调控作用。在Nature、Nature Genetics、Genome Research等杂志发表论文30余篇，被引用4000次以上。
