重要学术贡献
1.建立乙肝病毒载体系统,成为示踪乙肝病毒感染细胞的技术平台,同时也具有开发为肝脏靶向基因治疗载体的潜能(专利ZL201110039085.0);
2.设计和发展了一种基于短肽的抗HBV感染的进入抑制剂(专利ZL201110122517.4);
3.揭示细胞因子IL-21和IL-33在乙肝病毒慢性感染清除中的关键作用,以及其在慢性乙肝治疗中的潜在用途;
4.揭示了以PROX1为核心的肝癌转移新机制,藉此提出了治疗肝癌转移的新策略。
