　　重要学术贡献
　　先期从事临床，研究视黄酸诱导分化工作，发现蛋白激酶C在视黄酸诱导急性早幼粒细胞白血病分化过程中的作用，视黄酸药代动力学，分化过程中的染色体改变，预后因素分析。视黄酸诱导肝癌细胞过程中发现磷脂酰胆碱特异的磷脂酶C信号转递。我们发现脑苷脂转变成脑硫脂后会促进肝癌细胞转移，发现机制是通过整合素αvβ3起作用。αvβ3是肿瘤转移和血管形成的重要分子，脑硫脂通过促进整合素αv亚基转录增加αvβ3表达。但αv亚基基因的转录调控机制还不清楚，我们首先发现了脑硫脂的硫脂基团能够触发Src信号传导通路，促进其启动子活性;还能诱导启动子处组蛋白的乙酰化;并诱导非编码RNA结合促进该启动子。
