5月23日，“杰克船长”约翰尼-德普的第二任妻子Amber Heard提出离婚申请，并要求对方支付配偶赡养费(spousal
support)。
之后，德普也提出了离婚申请，因二人没有签订婚前协议(prenuptial agreement)，所以德普通过律师拒绝了支付配偶赡养费的要求。
过了几天，Amber Heard又向法庭提起诉讼，称德普对她实施家暴。法庭对德普发出限制令(restraining order)，要求他与Amber
Heard至少保持100码的距离。
对此，德普的女儿Lily-Rose及其母亲Vanessa Paradis公开发声，表示德普是很有爱的父亲，是敏感、温暖的人，否认其有暴力倾向。
Vanessa Paradis曾与德普交往14年，育有一女一子。

On May 27, Heard filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order
against Depp.

In her court filing, she alleged that Depp was verbally and physically
abusive toward her throughout their four-year relationship and that he has a
problem with substance abuse.

The judge granted a temporary restraining order requiring Johnny to stay
100 yards away from her until a court hearing in June, and gave her sole use of
