    The body that awards the Nobel Prize for Literature has said it has stopped
trying to contact US singer Bob Dylan about being this year’s honouree.
    据诺贝尔文学奖颁发机构瑞典文学院表示说，他们已经放弃继续联系今年的大奖得主美国歌手鲍勃·迪伦了。
    "Right now we are doing nothing," said Sara Danius, permanent secretary of
the Swedish Academy.
    瑞典文学院常任秘书萨拉·丹尼斯表示说：“目前我们没有得到任何来自鲍勃·迪伦的消息。”
    "I have called and sent emails to his closest collaborator and received
very friendly replies. For now, that is certainly enough."
    “我给他最亲密的合作伙伴打了电话、还发了邮件，他给了我非常友善的回复。就现在来说，这就足够了。”
    Dylan has yet to comment about winning the prestigious prize last week.
    目前鲍勃·迪伦还未就上周获得诺贝尔文学奖一事作出任何评论。

    The 75-year-old performed in Las Vegas shortly after his win was announced
but made no mention of the award.
    在获得诺奖消息被宣布之后不久，75岁的鲍勃·迪伦还在拉斯维加斯表演，但是他对获奖一事闭口不谈。
    It is not known whether the singer-songwriter will travel to Stockholm to
receive his award in person on 10 December.
    目前尚不清楚歌手兼作曲家鲍勃·迪伦是否会赶往斯德哥尔摩、在12月10日颁奖典礼那天亲自领奖。
    "If he doesn’t want to come, he won’t come," Danius told reporters. "It
will be a big party in any case and the honour belongs to him."
    丹尼尔斯对记者说道：“如果他不想来的话，他就可以不来。无论如何届时都将是一场盛事，而诺贝尔文学奖也还是他的。”
    Dylan is the first person to receive the award for songwriting and the
first American to win since 1993.
    鲍勃·迪伦是第一个因作曲而获得诺贝尔文学奖的人，也是1993年以来第一个获得诺贝尔文学奖的美国人。
    The balladeer, artist and occasional actor was recognised "for having
created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition".
