    MANILA - Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said on Tuesday that he would
"eventually" cut ties with the United States.
    马尼拉-菲律宾总统杜特尔特在本周二的讲话中表示说，他将“最终”切断和美国的联系。
    Duterte again hit out at the United States and its president, the European
Union and the United Nations for using human rights to criticize his campaign to
curb the illicit drug menace in the Philippines.
    杜特尔特又一次抨击了美国和美国总统、欧盟、以及联合国，指责他们用人权来批评自己在菲律宾遏制毒品威胁的行动。
    "I am very emotional because America has certainly failed us," Duterte
added.
    杜特尔特说道：“我心里很不好受，因为美国辜负了我们。”
    "I will be re-configuring my foreign policy," Duterte said in a speech
before the Jewish Association of the Philippines in Makati City.
    杜特尔特在菲律宾马卡蒂市犹太人协会前发表讲话说：“我将重新设定我的外交政策。”
    He added, "Eventually I might in my time break up with America. I would
rather go to Russia and to China. "
    他说道：“最终我可能会在我的任期内和美国断交。我宁愿与中国和俄罗斯交好。”
    In another speech earlier, Duterte vowed to continue the war on drugs
amidst the "hypocrisy" of the US, the EU and the UN.

    "I will not stop despite the hypocrisy of the EU, and America and Obama.
They seem to refuse to understand," Duterte said.
    杜特尔特说道：“我将不理会欧盟、美国和奥巴马的伪善，继续打击毒品。他们似乎不想了解菲律宾的情况。”
    Duterte said he has no plan to stop his rant again his critics.
    杜特尔特表示说，他不会停止抨击那些批评他的人。
    Duterte again apologized to the Jewish community. "I am not one of the
racist member of this republic," he said.
    杜特尔特再一次向犹太人群体道了歉。他说道：“我不是菲律宾的种族主义者。”
    "But it was only because that they pictured me to be killing so many
persons of the drug problem. And I would say that it is true but not all were
killed with their hands tied behind their backs. That would have been an
exaggeration," he explained.
    他解释说道：“但是这只是因为他们看到我因为毒品问题杀死了这么多人，就给我安上了种族主义者的名头。那么我就会说，没错，这是真的!但是并不是所有的人都是双手绑在背后，毫无反抗地被屠杀。那只是一种夸张。”
    Last Sunday, Duterte apologized to the Jewish community who were outraged
by his comments that made reference to Adolf Hitler who ordered the cold-blooded
killings of the Jews.
    上周日，杜特尔特向犹太人群体道了歉，因为犹太人对于他之前提到希特勒(希特勒曾下令冷血屠杀犹太人)的言论感到非常愤怒。
    "I would like to make it (clear) now, here and now, that there was never an
intention on my part to derogate the memory of the six million Jews murdered,"
Duterte said in a speech in Bacolod City in the central Philippines.
    杜特尔特在菲律宾中部的巴科拉德市发表讲话说：“我现在想把话说清楚，现在立刻，我从来就没有想要诋毁关于这被屠杀的600万犹太人的记忆。”
