    As is exhibited by the bar chart，the proportion of the students having
psychological problems experienced dramatic changes. To be specific, there had
been a steady ascendance from roughly 3.5% in 2005 to approximately 8.5% in
2011，which was accompanied by the amazing increase in 2014，surging to above
14%.
    There are numerous reasons accounting for the phenomenon. The first is that
people in the modern world are being confronted with great pressure from work
and life. Being depressed for a long time, people will face some problems in
mental health, which will pose a severe threat to them and have a negative
influence on their daily life and work. To be a healthy person, mental health
seems to be more important. Besides, from the social perspective, with all
citizens being in good health, a society will have better work force with higher
efficiency and will be able to harvest more fruits produced by its people.
    Accordingly, we should first be open with people. Talk with your family and
your friends when you meet some difficulties. Secondly, we should be
sympathetic. Since we are a part of a society, we ought to be concerned with it.
With the combination of these efforts，the pressure of psychology can be
eliminated gradually.
