to/with意为“和…相似”，其后的that指代之前的function。who引导的是以judge为先行词的定语从句。面as obvious a matter
as possible为revealing的方式状语，其中包含as...as possible结构，表示“尽可能…”。the course
of...为revealing的宾语，其中which引导的是以the course of
reasoning为先行词的定语从句。reveal此处意为“展现，显示”。
