    据法新社报道，在新年夜，德国科隆发生多起针对女性的性侵犯罪，引发民众对于德国善待难民政策的激烈讨论。在已识别出的32名嫌疑人中，有22人正在寻求政治避难。有批评认为，正是由于德国欢迎难民和移民的政策，导致了性侵犯罪的发生。然而德国领导人却警告说，不要把移民当做替罪羊。
    Dozens of sexual assaults were perpetrated against women on New Year ’s Eve in Cologne, Germany, sparking a debate about the country’s refugee-friendly policy, AFP reported. Out of the 32 suspects identified so far 22 were seeking asylum. Critics have blamed these assaults on Germany’s policy of welcoming refugees and migrants. German leaders, meanwhile, warned against anti-migrant scapegoating.
