    What a ridiculous but thought-provoking the picture it is! As is subtly depicted in the drawing that a young man is hurried cutting across a high railing in a middle never-ending road with a black handbag in his hand. Dangerous as the way of doing is, the little boy seems ignorant it.
    Simple as the picture is, the symbolic meaning is as deep as ocean. Our daily life has been witnessed a variety of examples about against the traffic laws. I can think of on better example other than the accident that happened last month. It was reported that a twenty-year-old university student was died, because he against traffic rules. Apparently, this accident has sparked a fierce debate in our society.
    The situation, being so serious. It is high time that we should take effective measures to command public’s behavior. For one thing, it is significant that the laws and regulations should be worked out early to keep control of public’s behavior. For another, the government should build more over line bridges. Then it will be much convenient for public to go across. The last but not the least, the public must be constantly educated to abide by traffic rules.
In a word, the more we put great emphasis on the traffic regulations, the more harmonious our society will be.

Our daily life has witnessed a variety of examples about behaviors against the traffic laws, with the accident last month being the foremost. It was reported that a twenty-year-old university student, XX, was killed owing to his improper behavior against traffic rules. Were this situation continue, we would pay a high price.
    The situation being so serious, it is high time that we should take effective measures to put an end to this problem. For one thing, it is significant that the supervisory role of laws and regulations should be enhanced. For another, it is necessary for government to build more over-line bridges. Then it will be much convenient for public to go across. Last but not least, the public must be constantly educated to abide by traffic rules. In a word, the more emphasis we put on relevant regulations, the more harmonious our society will be.（234）
