    insensitive//adj. 麻木的，漠不关心的，没有意识到的
    　　结构：
    So short-sighted Zysman junior gets stuckin the back row(主语和第一个谓语部分),
//andis rarely asked the improving questions (and并列的第二个谓语)//posed by those
insensitive teachers(posed过去分词短语作定语).
