As we can see in the picture, a old man is rowing a boat, a couple of lovers are speaking and smiling in the boat, at the same time they throw rubbish everywhere into the river. Obviously, the two lovers are lack of public spirit.
     The carton is to show us our society should around more public spirit. There are so many examples we can see in our daily life, such as an old man is standing in a bus without anybody to give him a seat, a tap is flowing water without anybody to close it, or other things like the same.
     To resolve this situation, in my opinion, at first, the government should publish many regulations to encourage and reward people helping others and to punish somebody who damages society. On the other hand, medias should take on their abilities to propagandize the important of public spirit. The last but not the least, we citizens should prove ourselves, and do everything we can do to help others or protect environment. Our people can have a happier life and brighter future.
