As is vividly depicted in the portrayal, with the development of tourism, our environment has been destroyed severely. In the picture, two tourists in a boat enjoying the beautiful scenery are littering about into a river.
The purpose of this cartoonist is to show us that due attention has to be paid to the destruction of touring resources. Owing to uncivilized behavior, many scenic spots have been drastically polluted with rubbish everywhere. If we let this situation go as it is, we do not know where wonderful scenery will be in the forthcoming future. By that time, our environment will suffer a great damage.
Accordingly, it is imperative for us to take some measures. For one thing, we should appeal to the relevant department to enact strict laws and regulations to control and punish this behavior. For another, we should cultivate the awareness of people that the touring environment is crucial to us. Only in this way can we protect our tourist attraction. Also, I reckon that we citizens should pay more attention to interacting with nature harmoniously, and we will have a more charming journey.
