     Now,it is imperative for us to take some effective meatures to solve the serious problem .Firstly ,the relative legal measures should be taken by our government to ban this behavior .Secondly ,it is high time that we enhanced people 's awareness to rectify this by taking the environmental protection into consideration .Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it .If we do our best to do it ,we will have a win-win deal in the sustainable development of environment and high-speed economical development .
