As is depicted in the picuture,two young people are happy visiting the Xihu and sitting on a boat with a man boating for them.After of them,there are plenty of litters floating on the water.Meanwhile,one of the visiters is throwing something else towards the lake.It is clearly that the author who illustrates the picuture wants to tell us the loss of the public citizens on the enviroment protection and less-management of the department of the turism.  With the fast development of the society economy,the majority of people's lives are more and more happier and material redundent.Howerver,the rich lives are not contribute to the society,what it has brought is unfavorable.Ther are some probable factors releated.In the first place,the effect of some individuals' bad habit.Most of us are good citizens,but ther are always distinct ones who do not care anything except themselves.In the mutual social activities,some people will inconciously fllow their habit.Secondly,the society has not expressed due emphazisment on the protection of the environment.Above all,punishedment on the destroy to the Nature is not heavy.
     Therefor,as far as my concern,we should pay more attention to the above three sides and make solutions to keep our clean and beautiful context.Firstly,public's culture on environment protection should be emproved and populared.Next,goverment may be alert the turism about their internal traning.Lastly,to make laws to protect the envirment and regular the destroyer.Since what all of us live is merely a earth,united we will live longer or we will be ruined.
