    As is vividly shown in the picture, two tourists are enjoying the beauty of nature on a boat while discarding their trash casually into a lake. Unfortunately, it’s unexpected that fish-bones, plastic containers, watermelon rinds will be found among the various junk that litter the lake.
    The purpose of the portrayal is to tell us that the relationship between tourism and environment is not harmonious and even severe. On the one hand, a good many visitors who don’t obey behavioral norms and moral code consciously make the scenic spots from fairyland to garbage dump. On the other, the great pressure derived from the over-exploitation of attractions has disabled the environment to renew its ecological system. If we let this situation continue as it is, our environment will ultimately suffer a horrible destruction.
    Hence, it’s distinctly important for us to take drastic measures to reverse this disturbed trend. First, we can advice the administer to make punishment in order to reduce analogous behavior. Second, we should enhance people’s awareness that environment is of utmost significance for us. Only by doing so can we render both tourism and environment sustainable.
