【译文】 这是一个危险的游戏：等有了百分之百的证据，也许就太晚了。随着风险越来越明显并且越来越大，一个谨慎的民族现在应该准备一份保单了。
【析句】 by the 100 percent of the evidence is in实际上的意思是by the time when the 100 percent of the evidence is in，即by the time when we have the 100 percent of the evidence。
【讲词】 prudent与careful同义，反义词是imprudent。It’s prudent to take a thick coat in cold weather when you go out.（天气这么冷，还是谨慎一点，出门带上件厚外套。）
take out本意是“取出；弄走；消灭”。I’m going to take out my money deposited in the bank.（我打算取出存在银行的钱。）它还可以表示“发泄；消灭”。
Don’t take your frustration out in such an aggressive manner.（不要用这样一种攻击性的方式来发泄你的失意。）
