    二、高频及必考点的翻译对策
    (一)翻译解题步骤
    1. 快速扫读：确定学科、主题
    2. 逐句翻译：拆分长句结构，确定难点词义
    3. 组合为完整一句话翻译
    4. 全文翻译完毕后，重头读到尾，注意句间过渡自然。
    (二)难句结构找拆分点
    虽然是全段翻译，但是每个句子都要设置拆分点，尤其是稍微繁杂的句子。翻译长句子时，必须先从结构拆分入手：
    一标：标点
    二连：并列连词前后一般独立采分，比如and, but, so, for
    三从：从属连词，前后独立采分，比如when, who, where
    四非谓：不定式to do，分词结构doing/done,动名词doing，一般>5个单词，都是一个翻译难点，设0.5分
    五介宾：一般>5个单词，都是一个翻译难点，设0.5分，比如in as obvious a manner as possible.
    例：It was fueled by low interest rates /and kept going by a false sense of
security /created by a debt-fueled bubble in the economy. (1.5分)
    下划线是拆分后结构中的拆分点。
    参考译文：这次危机是由于低效率引起，并在债务泡沫经济带来的虚假安全感下持续恶化。
    (三)难点词义确定
    拆分好后，如何拿下拆分点。一个很直接的问题就是--难点词义。
    1、比喻义
    一个具体事物或动作直译不正确，必须考虑其抽象的比喻义
    He is a walking dictionary：活字典
    He is an old woman= He is wordy 唠叨，男人婆。
    练习：
    This "brain drain" has long bothered policymakers in poor countries.
    不是"大脑流出"，是抽象的"人才流出"'人才流失
    the presence or absence of economic advantage.
    出现和缺席'存在或缺失
    解析：这句话直译是"经济优势的存在或缺失。"这样翻译，符合翻译标准"准确、通顺、完整"中的"准确"，但不符合"通顺"。所以应该根据语境翻译为"有或没有经济优势"
    filter out what is unique from what is shared.
    什么是唯一的'个性
    什么是共同的'共性
    小结："具体"不通，译为"抽象"。
    解析：这句话直译是"从共有中筛选出独有的。"意思没办法理解，所以根据语境义翻译成"从共性中筛选出特性。"
    2、专业术语
    样题：business to business(B2B)企业对企业
    2011：google and other big tech provider 大型技术提供者(x)'提供商
    2009：Mortgage lenders抵押贷款者
    补充：机构的缩写，如 APCE (亚太经济合作组织);IMF(国际货币经济组织);UNESCO(联合国教科文组织);WHO(世界卫生组织)等。

    1、分词结构
    分词结构在2010,2011,2012重点考察点，而且分词结构是具有很好区分度的题型。
    (1)分词作定语的翻译
    1)分词做定语，有时会出现
    it was fueled by low interest rates /and kept going by a false sense of
security /created by a debt-fueled bubble in the economy.09
    Business-to-business (B2B) sites vary from those providing simple lead
generation, to complex marketplaces serving a variety of buyers and sellers to
private extranets.
    译文：B2B 网站提供的服务从简单的引导，到给各种各样的买卖双方提供复杂的市场服务，再到连接私人的外联网不等。
    2)分词做状语，考频非常高
    a. 状语与主句主语一致考法
    ①前置时候较简单
    (2011)While producing large quantities of CO2, these computers emit a great
deal of heat, so the centers need to be well air-conditioned, which uses even
more energy.
    译文：当这些计算机产生大量CO2的同时，还释放出了大量的热量，因此数据中心又必须装备很好的散热设备，这就会消耗更多的能源。
    ②后置时候易失分
    A Google search can leak between 0.2 and 7.0 grams of CO2, depending on how
many attempts are needed to get the "right" answer.
    译文：根据人们得到"正确"答案所需查询次数不同，每在谷歌上搜索一次便会产生0.2到7.0克的二氧化碳。
    (2012)they fear that it hurts their economies, depriving them of
much-needed skilled workers who could have taught at their universities, worked
in new products their hospitals and come up with clever new products for their
factories to make.
    译文：他们担心这会损害本国经济，使他们失去急需的熟练劳动者，这些人本可以留在国内在大学任教，在医院工作或设计新奇产品供工厂生产。
    b. 状语与主语不一致的考法
    with引导的独立主格
    She likes shopping, and I have to follow her.
    with her liking shopping, I have to…
    With+逻辑主语(宾格)+分词结构，主谓宾
    翻译方法：判定独立主格与主句的关系，将独立主格结构部分还原为一句话来翻译，添加句间关系。
    (2009首句)With the nation's financial system teetering(摇晃) on a cliff, the
compensation arrangements … are coming under close examination again.
    2、定语从句
    (1) 短定从：5个单词以内，前置;
    (2) 长定从：多于5个单词，后置：将从句断句，后置独立翻译，关系代词恢复为指示代词或原主语。
    (09年)Financial regulation will have to catch up with the most irresponsible
practices that led banks down in this road, in hopes of averting the next
crisis, which is likely to involve different financial techniques and different
sorts of assets.
    译文：金融监管将不得不应对这种最不负责任的并导致银行损失惨重的做法，以期防止下一次危机，而下一次危机很可能包括各种类型的金融技术和资产。
    3、倒装句
    倒装句在英语二中考的少，但一旦考，一定是失分点，做一个不重视的了解即可。
    (2007)Powering the great ongoing changes of our time is the rise of human
creativity as the defining feature of economic life.
    解析：同学们可能会认为Powering the great ongoing changes of our
time做主语，但是发现意思上无法理解。doing位于句首还有另一种可能，即倒装。而且The rise of human creativity as… is
powering …意思非常通顺，因此可以确认该句为倒装句。
    直译：作为经济生活特征的人类创造力是推动我们当代正在发生的巨大变化的源动力
    意译：人类的创造力是经济生活的显著特征，它是推动我们当代正在发生的巨大变化的源动力。
    小结：Doing sth1 is sth2句型，一般都是动名词doing sth1做主语;但是不通顺时，考虑完全倒装：sth2 is doing
sth1。
