    这是我国公安部交通管理局和中国道路交通安全协会编发的一张图片（部分），我们可以仔细观察一下，如果按着考研大作文目前的考试出题模式--写作提纲+图画，很容易就会得到提纲：1、describe the picture 2、deduce the meaning of the picture 3、give your comments
我写了篇东西，给考研的同学参考：
1） It is over the past decade that the rate of alcohol related fatalities has steadily increased .Just as the picture illustrates, the broken wine bottle represents those behaviors related to drunk driving; and the car formed by blood could be easily associated with fatal accidents due to drunk driving. Meanwhile, the caption suggests people should not attempt drinking and driving.
    (2) Actually, the purpose of the drawer is to make people rethink the influence of drunk driving. The foremost and the most obvious effect of it is a fatal crash: everyone knows alcohol suppresses the nervous system and numbs the brain, which means the time of reaction is considerably reduced; and therefore in case of a crash, one may not be able to control the vehicle but be injured. Another devastating effect could be harming someone else during driving, such as a pedestrian or someone on another vehicle. As a matter of fact, each accident caused by drunk driving has always deprived some of their lives or happiness.
    (3)Taking into account all the factors, people must learn that they have to do much more than talk about drunk driving. For one thing, the authorities could schedule some educational programs to foster public awareness; for another, law enforcement agencies across the nation may lay down strict regulations to offer stiffer penalties to curb drunk driving. Simply stated, society should be trying to emphasize that drinking and driving is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
