This drawing is simple but significant. As is vividly depicted in this picture, running on the ground smilingly and happily, a boy —with a book in his hand— is reaching his destination: the gross-roots unites. It is obvious that the road is right beneath/ under his feet, however the choice is his own.
Such drawing intends to illustrate the significance of establishing the right idea of employment. With frenzied enrollment expansion as well as fierce social competition, it is widely acknowledged that college students—particularly graduating ones— find it hard to hunt for their jobs especially satisfying ones in modern society——a phenomenon which can not be ignored in the rapid development of both higher education and national economy. Let us take looking for a job for example. After graduation, a great number of graduates surge into job market where there are insufficient positions. In the face of this problem, the establishment of correct employment relates to the social stability and harmony.
To solve this issue, two effective and proper measures are supposed to be taken. To the government, relevant laws ought to be set up, which enable university student to work in rural areas, such as towns, villages and remote mountain areas. To us, it is better to hold correct values towards employment. As an old saying goes: All roads lead to Rome. One can achieve great success only when he chooses his right post.
To sum up, it is crucial that graduates should maintain correct view about finding their jobs. After all, success does not depend on who you are or what you have; it only depends upon what you think.
