询问信
1、写作要领：语气比较正式、缓和，要充分表达感激之情。用一些能够起到提问作用的陈述句效果更佳。
2、基本格式：
Dear，（称呼语）
开头：首先自我介绍，然后说明写信目的。（想获得什么样的信息） 中间：然后就具体的事宜，进行详细的询问。 结尾：表示感谢，期盼回复：即表明获取信息的急切心情，可以提供联系方式以便收信人与你联系，并表示自己的感谢之情。
Yours，（结束语）

3、开头常用语：
1. I am writing to ask for information about……我写信的目的是想要询问有关……的信息。
2. I am looking for……我想询问…………
3. I want to request some important materials about……我想要一些有关……的重要材料。
4. I would like to obtain some relevant information on……我想要获得有关……的相关信息。
5. I am writing to inquire about ……我写信的目的想要询问有关……-
6. I am now writing to ask if you could do me a favor.
我现在写信的目的是想问一下你能否帮我一个忙。

如果你能给我提供（你们公司提供的当地旅游）的信息，我就爱那个不胜感激。

4、中间常用语：

6、模板：

7、练习：
Directions:
You and your family are planning for a trip to Hong Kong during the May holiday. Write a letter to a travel agency to explain your travel plans, ask for relevant information, and express your gratitude for a reply.
Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use "Li Ming" instead. Do not write the address.
范文：
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to ask for some important information about your agency's Hong Kong travel packages for this May holiday.
My family and I plan to travel there from May 1st to 7th, in which period we would like to visit most of the scenic spots, places of entertainment and shopping centers. The Disneyland Park program would be preferable, because my son is eager to enjoy himself there. It would be greatly appreciated if you could furnish us with some relevant details about your travel plans such as the tourism landscape, the flight and the corresponding price per person, covering both hotel and a return ticket. Moreover, it would be quite grateful of you if you could inform me what I have to do.
