I am much grateful for my working experience in this company. I have learned a great deal of knowledge and professional skills during my working.
However, I am planning to move to another city since my wife and her family claim better care, which is of the utmost significance to me. I have to express my apology of determining to quit my current job and move to that city. I feel regretful about my resignation and I believe better candidates will soon be available.
Again I have to express my sincere apology and I am looking forward to the boom of this company.

I am writing to express my complaints concerning the service and facilities of the library which I often visit. I hope such problems could be solved and new measures taken.
I am now a junior student who spends most of his time reading books and preparing documents in the library. I found the staff of the library are not as kind as you expect them to be; moreover, the lounge of the library is always overcrowded with people sitting aside. I suggest proper measures be taken to improve the service and conditions of the library.
I hope you could take my suggestions into account and I am looking forward to the day when our library can be a peaceful and delightful place for studying.
