怎么写请求信、感谢信——十二类便条式应用文写作点评之二

2.请求信
       
        请求信是在需要请求别人的帮助时，或说明自己要求暗示希望得到满足时使用的文书类型。其写作过程需要表达谢意、明确提出自己要求等。
        写作时可以参考下面的句式：
       
        请求帮助：
        Would you do me a favor?
        Would you be so kind as to…?
        Could I trouble you to send this book for me?
        I wonder if you would tell me…?
        If it is not too troublesome, could you…?
        I hope this request will not trouble you too much.
        请求允许：
        Please give me a few more days.
        May I have a look at your dictionary?
        Would you mind if I opened the window?
        I wonder if I could open the door.
        Would it be possible to have a talk with you?
        请求做事(要求与暗示)：
        Let’s go to the bookstore this afternoon.
        I want to have a look at your book.
        I wish you could…
        I would like ask you to clean the room.
        范文：“我能麻烦您……吗”

        3. 感谢信
       
        感谢信是一种礼仪文书，用于商务活动中的许多非协议的合同中，一方受惠于另一方，应及时地表达谢忱，使对方在付出劳动后得到心理上的收益，它是一种不可少的公关手段。感谢信是集体单位或个人对关心、帮助、支持本单位或个人表示衷心感谢的函件。感谢信是文明的使者，从文体来说，它属于应用文体。在日常生活和工作中，得到人家的帮助和支持，可用这种文体“感谢”一下。它与表扬信有许多相似之处，所不同的是感谢信也有表扬信的意思，但是重点在感谢。
        这类应用文是有套句的：
        致谢内容，交代感谢原因：
        I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed the weekend in your village.
        I am writing to express my appreciation for all that you did for me during my visit in Shanghai.
        I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your hospitality.
        Thank you so much for your assistance/ for the information your gave us.
        进一步解释对方的帮助给自己带来的好处，再次致谢， 回馈承诺：
        Please accept my warmest thanks,I hope I have the chance to reciprocate your kindness.

                点评：本类的主要思路是：感谢对方的帮助（或简述对方帮助的内容，即写作目的），紧接着简述对方如何帮助到了自己，自己的收获是什么，最后还是不要忘记再次感谢or“谨以美好祝愿”啦～
