例1
Directions:
You bought an English-Chinese dictionary from E-store on the Internet, but you found several pages missing, plus some other problems. Write a complaint letter to the service center of the store to tell them the problems of the dictionary and your requests or compensation you expect.   
You should write about 100 words neatly on ANSWER SHEET 2. Do not sign your own name. Use "Li Ming" instead. You do not need to write the address. (10 points)

Dear Sir or Madam,  
   It was somewhat irritating to find that the English-Chinese dictionary you sent to me on Dec. 13th, 2009 was totally unacceptable.
   The dictionary was a great disappointment, for when it arrived, it was far behind the date you promised to send it to me. Besides, the wrappings looked worn and dirty. And more surprisingly, when I opened the dictionary, I found more than 20 pages of it missing (p.123 to p. 136).
   I'd be grateful if you could send me a replacement and refund my postage (state amount).
   I really appreciate your help.

Directions:
On your way from Beijing to Paris, you lost your luggage carried by the airline. Write a complaint letter to the service center of the Airline. In your letter, you should tell them
     1) what happened to your luggage,
     2) what your luggage is like,
     3) what compensation you expect.

参考范文:
Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that I am really displeased with your luggage service. I was a passenger of Flight AC 2882 from Beijing to Paris. On arrival, I went to the luggage area to claim my suitcase, and to my great surprise, my suitcase was lost. I felt much frustrated because it contained not just my personal belongings but also some very important business documents.
It is a large brown suitcase of 80/50/30cm, in which I kept my clothes, a laptop and some very important business contracts, etc..
I shall be obliged if you will look into this occurrence immediately.

投诉信参考句式:
