It's no secret that smoking is associated with a host of health risks. Even if you don't smoke, inhaling second-hand smoke can increase your risk of getting these diseases. This risk, say researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health, may be even greater for small children, especially those riding in a bus with a smoker.
Young children may be particularly sensitive to toxins in second-hand smoke particles, because of their still-developing immune systems, and their smaller airways.
Children are the future of the world and they need our care and protection. Let us do something to construct healthy car environments and keep all the children from second-hand smoke.

the Importance of Good Health
Health concerns both physical and emotional well-being. Being physically healthy means that your body is functioning as it should, free from pain, discomfort, or lack of capabilities. Being emotionally or mentally healthy means that your mind and emotions are functioning as they should, without anxiety, depression or other malfunctions.
Being physically healthy is of prime importance in life. Being ill or not feeling well can drastically affect your work and life. Obviously, if you feel physically and mentally healthy, you can be more productive, as well as happier. Emotional well-being is also important. Suffering stress, depression, anxiety or other mental or emotional ailments can affect your work, life and even your physical health. You must be healthy to be able to enjoy all aspects of your life and to live a long, productive and enjoyable life. Being healthy will also allow you to gain knowledge and skills, do excellent work, be valuable to your employers and be honorable to those with whom you work.
In order to keep fit, the best choice is committing yourself to exercising, for it enables people to feel good in both aspects of the health definition mentioned in the above. Exercising can make your muscles stronger and can also train your heat and lungs. Exercising can also distract and relax you for a while because in your exercise, you are discharging many feelings and incommodities, such as stress. Sometimes it can also help better human relationships.
