考生可以结合以上模板进行改写，填入符合自己实际情况的内容，再进一步抛光打磨，反复练习。在演练时，建议考生对着镜子把握讲述自我介绍时的神情和语态，注意发音清晰、表达流畅、语调有一定的起伏——抑扬顿挫，神态要自然、自信。切忌整段自我介绍用平调背出，这样给老师的印象会大打折扣。因此，考生在熟读背诵整段话后，要不断练习，直至给人感觉这个自我介绍是自然陈述，而非死记硬背的结果。
