5月23日，第八届中韩媒体高层对话在韩国首尔举行。来自人民日报、新华社、中央电视台，中国国际广播电台和朝鲜日报、韩国联合通讯社、KBS电视台等中韩近30家主流媒体代表围绕深化媒体合作，促进“四个伙伴”关系进行了广泛交流。
The 8th China-South Korea Media High-level Dialogue opened on Monday in Seoul.Mainstream media organizations from both sides attended the dialogue.They include China's Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, China Radio Internatinal, and China Central Television, along with South Korea's Chosun Daily, and Yonhap news agency.

中国国际广播电台副台长胡邦胜在发言中表示，中韩媒体合作滞后于经贸、旅游等两国间其他领域的合作，也滞后于产业发展过程和两国民众需求，第四次产业革命主要以网络化、智能化、虚拟化为特征，中韩两国有幸立足最大的互联网用户市场和最好的互联网应用条件，应进一步携手合作，“欧美大国利用前三次产业革命的巨大优势，在三、四百年的时间里，向全世界推广欧美的价值观。现在，中国和韩国作为信息产业大国，应该在第四次产业革命中发挥更大作用。这次产业革命催生的媒体重构重组，为我们提供了重大机遇。我们应携手承担起建立亚洲价值观的历史责任，向世界报道亚洲的正面形象。”
Addressing the dialogue, Vice Director-general of China Radio International, Hu Bangsheng, said media cooperation between China and South Korea lagged behind their cooperation in economic, trade and tourism sectors.He called on the media organisations of the two countries to seize the opportunities brought about by the fourth industrial revolution, which includes the Internet, smart, and virtual technologies:"China and South Korea both have their unique strength in Information technology. They should play a bigger role in this Industrial 4.0 era, and work together to establish Asian values and report the true and positive image of Asia to the world."
中韩媒体高层对话创办于2009年，每年一次轮流在中韩两国举办。对话的宗旨是鼓励两国主流媒体负责人就双方共同关心的问题进行对话，加强两国媒体的互信和务实合作，为进一步夯实中韩友好关系的基础、推进中韩战略合作伙伴关系深入发展营造和谐的舆论氛围。
Launched in 2009, the China-South Korea Media High-level Dialogue is held once a year in China and South Korea in rotation.
在对话开幕式上，双方媒体还签订了六项合作协议。其中，中国国际广播电台与韩国国际广播电台、韩国OBS京仁电视台分别签署合作协议。未来两年，国际台与韩国国际广播电台将不定期互派人员到对方进行信息交流和合作，推进广播节目、公益广告和新媒体节目等媒体资源的共享和联合制作等。值得关注的是，国际台与韩国OBS京仁电视台签署合作协议中包括《你好，中国》电视片播出的专项合作。这意味着在未来不久，韩国的电视观众将看到韩语版系列电视片《你好，中国》。该电视片将通过100个代表中国传统文化精髓的汉语词汇，加深韩国民众对中国和中华文化的了解。
The media from both countries signed six cooperative agreements at the opening ceremony.China Radio International, China's state media organisation which broadcasts in over 60 languages, signed cooperation deals with South Korea's KBS World Radio and OBS TV station.The deals include the exchange of personnel as well as the sharing of resources and co-production of programs.A TV series "Hello China" produced by China Radio Internatinal is also expected to be dubbed into Korean and shown in South Korea, introducing aspects of traditional culture in 100 short episodes.
