8月13日和8月15日每日22时30分至次日4时，在天安门地区及长安街沿线将举行中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年纪念大会的演练活动，为保证演练活动顺利进行，北京市公安局将对天安门地区及长安街沿线的道路分时、分段进行交通管制。

These measures are part of a drill that will take place around Tian'anmen and areas along the Chang'an Street in preparation for the Victory day parade on September 3, to mark the 70 anniversary of the victory in the Chinese people's war against Japanese aggression.
