        　　Stereotypes 模式化的形象(或特征);固定模式;刻板印象;陈规老套
        　　Lacking=lack of 缺乏，没有
        　　Features 特征
        　　Unique 独特的个体
        　　subject to 容易遭受，受…管制
        　　numerous 很多的
        　　主干识别：Women in novels were stereotypes were also subject to numerous restrictions.
        　　其他成分：of lacking any features that made them unique individuals (定语)
        　　That= (features) made them unique individuals
        　　imposed by the male-dominated culture 定语修饰restrictions
        　　参考译文：20世纪前，小说中的女性都是一些刻板的形象，没有任何的特点，所以无法成为独特的个体(注意这里定语从句的处理，这里处理为了一个中文中的状语从句)，而且屈从于由男性主宰的文化传统强加给她们的种种束缚。
