        　　邀请信
        　　结构要点邀请信是邀请收信人参加某项活动的书信，包含三个方面：
        　　1. 邀请对方参加的活动的内容、时间和地点;
        　　2. 与该活动有关的注意事项;
        　　3. 期待对方接受邀请，并可表示感谢。
        　　13Write an invitation card to a professor， inviting him to the speech contest of this January. Some necessary details must be included. Do not sign your own name at the end of your letter， using “Li Ming” instead.
        　　Dear Professor Gordon，
        　　On behalf of the organizing committee of the annual speech contest for all the undergraduates of this year， I have the honor to invite you to our final competition on Wednesday， January 16th at 7∶00 pm in the Oval Auditorium of our university.
        　　You are sincerely invited to attend the contest as our honored guest and judge each of the eight participants from accuracy and fluency. Would you like to make a fiveminute speech to give our students encouragement and suggestions toward the end？
        　　We look forward to a reply at your earliest convenience and we would be particularly honored by your distinguished presence at the ceremony.
