    《中国的核应急》是国务院新闻办公室于2016年1月27日发表的白皮书。《中国的核应急》是中国涉核领域首部白皮书，以总体国家安全观和中国核安全观等重要思想为指导，由前言、正文和结束语三部分组成，全文约1.2万字。
