　　Dear Minister,
　　I am a employee who is conducting a research about mobile-phone recycling. Recently, the recycling of mobile-phone has attracted a great attention. And in order to promote it further, I have a few suggestions for you to consider.
　　To begin with, it is advisable for us to spread the concept of cell-phone recycling, because, as far as I know, a majority of the pubic has no awareness that the old phone could be recycled. Furthermore, it is necessary to build mobile-phone recycling stations in communities, which can provide easier access for people to involve into this environment-friendly activity.
