　　Directions:
　　With the popularity of the take-out industry, the needs of take-out box and plastic bags surge. “White pollution” is going on. Write a letter to the mayor of your city to
　　1) give your opinions briefly and
　　2) make two or three suggestions
　　You should write about 100 words.
　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter.
　　Use “Li Ming” instead. You do not need to write the address.
　　范文：
　　Dear Mayor,
　　I am an environmentalist who pays close attention to the deteriorating situation of “white pollution” in some regions. Generally speaking, current measures of the restrictions on the use of plastics are quite good; however, I have some better suggestions for you.
　　Firstly, the price of plastic bags should be further raised, because it can further limit people’s use of plastic bags; moreover, this kind of practice can put an effective stop to the wide spread of “white pollution”. Secondly, specialized government departments should be established to supervise the making and using of plastic bags.
