likely shock you — thebacterial population in offices is on average 400times
higher than in bathrooms.

If your office happens to be in a commercial building where people use an
elevator to movebetween floors, the elevator buttons can easily hold and
transfer germs. In a study at ArizonaUniversity, it was determined that there
are over 540 germs per square centimeter onelevator buttons—17 times more than
on toilet seats.

Hundreds of hands touch theprinter every day. Research shows that there is a
surprising amount of fecal bacteria,escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus
on the touch screen of a printer. Moreover, thewarm environment of the printer
makes it even easier for bacteria to thrive.

Suggestion: Wipe the printer before you use it.

germ-free. In fact,even a clean office desk can hold over 20,000 bacteria. If
you have the habit of snacking ordoing make-up at your desk, the number could be
even higher.
即使你的办公桌看起来干净整洁，也并不意味着办公桌没有细菌。事实上，即便是一个干净的办公桌也会有2万多细菌。如果你有在办公桌上吃零食或者化妆的习惯，那么细菌的数量就会更多。
Suggestion: Always remember to disinfectant your desk with wet wipes before
you start yourwork, even if the desk appears very "clean" already.
