重要学术贡献
温文玉研究员长期致力于研究神经早期发育及神经信号转导过程中重要调控蛋白质的作用机理,以及其与神经系统疾病(如脑肿瘤)的关联性。在Cell, Molecular Cell, Nature Communications, EMBO J, EMBO Reports等杂志发表SCI 论文26篇,被引760余次。近期代表性工作如下:比较系统地研究了神经干细胞不对称分裂过程的分子机制,率先提供了LGN依赖性的纺锤体转向力产生系统的组装机理,并修正了原有模型;发现蛋白质的相变调控了细胞命运决定因子极性聚集进而促使神经干细胞分化;提出了支架蛋白INAD 主动调节自身氧化还原电势进而介导视觉信号传导过程的新机制。
