重要学术贡献
前期从事功能基因组分泌蛋白基因、造血干细胞蛋白质组学研究,参与日本血吸虫大规模转录组、蛋白质组和基因组研究,全面系统地绘制了血吸虫不同性别和生活周期基因表达谱,通过蛋白质组学研究揭示血吸虫与宿主相互作用、免疫逃避的分子特征,建立转录组和蛋白质整合数据库SjTPdb,为研究血吸虫生物学、致病机制、基因组结构和应用研究奠定基础。2010年研究方向转向肿瘤蛋白质组学与标志物、肿瘤微环境、肿瘤增殖/转移机制等研究,发现肿瘤相关成纤维细胞可能抑制肿瘤生长,发现FLNC、COL6A3、Spondin2等肿瘤标志物,揭示了染色质重塑复合物基因ARID1A在胃癌中的作用机制。获得了国家自然科学奖、上海市自然科学奖、中国青年科学奖等奖项。
