1.乳腺癌侵袭转移和化疗耐药的分子机制。
2.蛋白乙酰化修饰在肝纤维化过程中的作用及分子机制。
重要学术贡献
乳腺癌侵袭转移和化疗耐药的分子机制研究: 1)提出和证实乳腺癌细胞对P-gp底物类化疗药物耐药的同时伴随癌细胞侵袭转移能力的增强,并揭示EMT在该过程中发挥着关键性作用。2)新发现和证实RACK1及一些非编码RNA分子在乳腺癌侵袭和转移过程中发挥着重要作用,并揭示了相应的分子机制。3)近期新研究首次发现lncRNA-RACGAP1P通过介导真基因调控癌细胞线粒体动态变化,进而促进乳腺癌侵袭和转移。
蛋白乙酰化修饰在肝纤维化过程中的作用及分子机制研究: 首次报道了C/EBP-α蛋白存在乙酰化修饰及确定了乙酰化位点,并证实其乙酰化修饰能促进激活的肝星状细胞凋亡参与肝纤维化过程。
