词汇要点：
1) describe //v. 描述，记述，叙述，描写，形容
2) strikingly //adv. 明显地，显著地，惊人地
3) accuse //v.指责，指控
4) fabricate //v. 编造;捏造，伪造;制造，创造
结构要点：
1)整个句子是一个…so…that…构成的结果状语从句。
汉译逻辑要点：
1) The newly described
languages是主句的主语部分。其中，副词newly是“新地，最近地，新近地”等意思，所以，这个部分可以直接翻译为“这些新近被描述的语言”、“这些最近才得到描述的语言”。
2) the well studied languages是“得到充分研究的语言”。
3) 词组accuse…of…有“指责某人做某事”的意思。
4) Boas and Sapir是两个人名，可以采用音译翻译为“博阿斯和萨丕尔”。
5) fabricating their data可以直接翻译为“编造他们的材料”。其中的物主代词their是指代Boas
andSapir两个人。
