校园贷遭“棒毙”：所有网贷机构禁止向在校大学生放贷
Chinese Internet lenders are forbidden to offer loans to university
students, said Zhao Jianjun, an official with the Ministry of Education, amid
reported irregularities.
教育部官员赵建军对近年来备受舆论关注的校园贷乱象作出回应：中国任何网络贷款机构都不允许向在校大学生发放贷款。
Zhao said standard commercial banks are encouraged to provide micro-credit
loans to meet the requirements of students still in college.
他表示，鼓励正规的商业银行开办针对大学生的小额信用贷款，以满足在校生的需要。
Some online lenders have exaggerated their services and made false
statements to take advantage of those who have limited financial knowledge, he
added.
他还说，一些网上贷款机构夸大了他们的业务，利用学生金融知识有限，作了虚假的宣传。
He said the ministry has joined with several other departments to introduce
a slew of measures against illegal student loans, and is urging universities to
promote financial and fraud awareness among its attendees.
他说，教育部已经与其他几个部门联合起来，推出了一系列措施来治理非法校园贷问题，并敦促各高校加强对学生金融知识和欺诈意识的教育。
Over the past two years, some online sites have provided high-interest
loans to students. In some cases, young women were promised loans in exchange
for nude photos of themselves. They were then blackmailed by threats of
publishing the pictures if they failed to pay. Some students in debt committed
suicide.
过去两年里，一些网上机构给学生提供了高利贷。在部分案例中，一些年轻女性提供自己的裸照以获得贷款，之后如果不还款，就被威胁要公开这些裸照。一些欠债的学生甚至自杀。
