分析：本句的主干是The rise of anti-happy art…tracks the emergence of…and…a commercial culture…。句子主语为The rise，后置定语of anti-happy art对其进行说明，谓语是tracks，宾语有两个，是the emergence和a commercial culture。宾语2前面的with it实际上是其后置定语，自然词序应为a commercial culture with it，it指代the emergence of mass media，但由于宾语2后面还有一个由in which引导的限定性定语从句，所以with it被提到了前面。
