点睛：本句型是典型的表示因果关系的句型，适用于各种文体的文章。该句可以替换为：
If there is an increase in demand.then prices rise/goup/boost/are
higher.
如果需求增加，价格就会上升。
当然，本句中的there be结构可以根据语境换为其他结构，如：
