2016考研英语阅读技巧：首句分析法
考研英语阅读是重中之重，在考试中拿高分就要看它?下面，新东方在线教大家一个基础而高效的考研英语阅读理解方法--"首句分析法"。英语国家的人习惯开门见山，因此文章的中心句很多时候会出现在首句。所以大家一定要重点阅读文章的首句，以及各段落的首句。例如2006年真题text

Stratford-on-Avon, as we all know, has only one industry-William
Shakespeare-but there are two distinctly separate and increasingly hostile
branches. There is the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC), which presents superb
productions of the plays at the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre on the Avon. And
there are the townsfolk who largely live off the tourists who come, not to see
the plays, but to look at Anne Hathaway's Cottage, Shakespeare's birthplace and
the other sights.
开篇第一句就是：Stratford-on-Avon, as we all know, has only one industry-William
Shakespeare-but there are two distinctly separate and increasingly hostile
branches.
这是首段的主题句，也是引出了全文的主题。把握了这个主题，也就了解全文的中心：这个小镇上只有一个产业，却有两个明显敌对的分支。转折处一般是文章强调的重点，所以下文必定会围绕着两个分支展开，There
is the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC),.... And there are the townsfolk
....所以，考生完全可以循着"主题"这个线索走下去，如果讨论该主题的几个段落都已确定，再考虑其他主题。当然，句际关系和段际关系也会发生改变，这时就需要有段落之间及上下句之间的逻辑关系词。段际关系可能是顺接关系、转折关系、例证关系或对比与对照关系等。
英语文章的段落有长有短，考生需要能概括出段落大意，如有可能，可以用汉语迅速将段落大意写出来。如果时间紧张，考生一般可以将重要的句子划出来，标记出关键信息，但切记不要划的太多，否则连自己都不知道哪个是重点句子了。
阅读是考研英语的"重头戏"，也是考生需要花费最多的时间和精力的模块，建议大家要在基础阶段就开始投入阅读文章的学习和训练，切实提高阅读理解能力。
