The picture above describes a scene that two travelers who are sightseeing on the boat are eating and throwing the rubbish into the river. Looking at the water around them, we can find it is so disgusting for all kinds of packages and remains of food float on the surface, which tremendously damages the beauty and harmony of scenery.
This kind of phenomenon, as we all acknowledge, is not sparse in our daily life. Just as what the picture shows for us, we always focus our attention on enjoying entertainment instead of caring about whether what we do is detrimental for the environment. What’s worse, this phenomenon happens anytime and anywhere in various fields of our life. Not only our entertainment, but also the economic developments are on the pay of excessively utilizing the limited resources and spoiling our environment.
From my perspective of view, every of us, as a normal inhabitant on our unique earth, should improve the awareness of protecting the environment wherewe live in. Yet this is not enough, and it is necessary for government to advocate low-carbon life and sustainable development.
