As is shown in the cartoon ,two people were talking with each other in a boat,and the woman was throwing a banana skin into the river. It is obvious that a huge of waste thing, such as empty bottle ,fish’s bone, hand paper and so on in the river. The waste things also were left after the travellers passed.
The phenomenon can be attribute to diverse factors. Firstly ,with the rapid development of economic ,transports become cheaper and more comfortable, therefore ,a great many of people would like to travell for the rest time. Secondly a marjoy of viewers don’t care protect environment,they threw waste things everywhere. Lastly ,there is not a scriter regulation to punish this patterns , sometimes ,the patterns only is seen as a moral problem。
However ,the problem is so seriously that we must take some effective measure to solve it. To begin with ,a secriter regulation should be made to punish the men who demage to the environment. What’s more, improve the quality of viewers, which make them realize that protect environment is not only a moral problem but also everyone’s duty.
