1. NBAC will ask that Clinton's 90-day ban on federal funds for human cloning be extended indefinitely,and possibly that it be made law.
【译文】 NBAC将要求克林顿总统颁布的禁止使用联邦资金克隆人的90天禁令无限期延长，并且还可能要求将之立法。
【析句】 这个句子的主语是NBAC，谓语ask后面是两个并列的宾语从句，从句都用了虚拟语气的谓语形式，即省略了should，谓语动词用原形be。在第一个从句中，主语是 ban，谓语是be extended，即the 90-day ban should be extended。在第二个从句中， it指代the ban on federal funds for human cloning。
